Just stopping by quickly with a reminder that it’s that time again!
Ever since I was little, we have cut forsythia to force it to bloom inside during the winter. My mom always did it in February and/or very early March. Mr. Red Door cut a vase full for me just in time for Valentine’s Day. We smash the bottom of the stems so they drink better, and put them in warm water. I add clean warm water every day until they bloom. This may be a bit early, but I’ll keep you posted over at my FB and Instagram pages, both under Behind My Red Door as well.
